Please read the following Return, Replacement & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement-only for eligible cases. Refunds are only applicable for valid cancellations (see Section 4).
1.1 Physical Damage During Delivery
We will replace the product if it arrives damaged.
Conditions:
- Customer must share clear photos or a full unboxing video
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused
1.2 Defective / Not Working Item
If the cartridge is not working, leaking, or has print issues:
Required:
- Video showing the issue
- Video showing printer error message (if any)
- Photo of the ClearPrint label on the cartridge
1.3 Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different product/model:
Replacement is eligible only if:
- Product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos/videos are provided
1.4 Empty, Missing or Short Quantity
For empty package or missing accessories:
- Mandatory unboxing video is required
- Without an unboxing video, replacement cannot be processed
2. Warranty – 3 Months
All our cartridges come with a 3-month performance warranty from the date of purchase.
Covers:
- Print defects
- Poor print quality
- Internal manufacturing issues
Does NOT cover:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Mishandling
- Incorrect model installation
- Refilling or tampering with the cartridge
3. Replacement Process
To request a replacement, share the following with us:
- Order ID
- Photos & unboxing video (mandatory for damage/empty box claims)
- Video proof for print/compatibility issues

Our team may request additional images/videos if required.
If details are not provided within 5 days, the replacement request will be automatically closed.
3.1 Shipping for Replacement
- For genuine defects/wrong item/damaged product, replacement shipping is FREE.
- If the customer ordered the wrong model,
forward & return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it.
If the order is:
- Not shipped yet → Full refund
- Already shipped → Only replacement policy applies, not refund
No refunds are issued for:
- Shipped orders
- Delivered products
- Opened or used products
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in case of valid order cancellations made within the 1-day window.
Refund will NOT be given in these cases:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Used or installed items
- Missing original packaging/accessories
- Wrong model ordered by customer
- Replacement requested instead of cancellation
- Requests raised after replacement window closes
This store follows a strict replacement-only policy for all delivered items.
Money refunds are not provided except for valid cancellations.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened toner cartridges
- Used cartridges
- Items damaged due to incorrect handling
7. Delivery Issues (Lost / Undelivered Orders)
If your order is not delivered within courier timeline:
- We will coordinate with the courier service
- If the package is officially declared lost, a replacement will be issued
Refund in such cases may be considered only if replacement is not feasible.
